PS3 Sub Account

Hello,


I have set up a Master Account for my 9 year old Son, as the PS3 suggested.

That has been set up on my Son's user details.

I have not been emailed a link to create a Sub Account for him, just an email to say about registration of the Master Account.

Please help!

I have tried to search for an answer.

I feel this has all been made worse, as you cannot sign up on the web page, as it is down!


Is the only way to create a sub account is to create a new user?

If so, my Son's gaming details will be lost?

http://ps3explained.com/intermediate/sub-account-for-an-under-age-person/ . I think the master account should be in your name , didnt know you could do this till now might do 1 for my son now as he just uses my account.

I found that same page last night when I did a search, but my email does not give a link to create a sub account, and the Playstation Network web page, for creating accounts is continually not working!

Why are things so difficult to do these days?!?
