PPI Loan Restructure Fee

Hi
I have received my letter from the bank telling me that they uphold my complaint and will pay back the miss-sold PPI.
They give me a breakdown of the sums, adding 8% interest, but then take £815 for loan closure.
How can I complain that this fee is unfair, they conned me in the beginning, why should I have to pay extra ?

Is you loan being restructured or are they clearing the balance?0

They are restructuring the loan, so I now pay the loan minus the PPI

Then they shouldn't be charging you. The idea is that they put you in a position you would have been in if PPI was not originally added to the loan.
You need to challenge this.0 -
Ok, I guess I can put my case the Ombudsman, and they will look at the case ?
