Last week I didn't set a budget but I wasn't very good and overspent anyway.

A NSD for me today and hoping for another one tomorrow. I have a kitchen full of food, I don't have train fares as I'm on maternity leave from tomorrow and I don't NEED anything so hoping to spend no more than £40 on all expenses all week.
Debt at highest May 2006: £27,472.24
    currently: £13,353.25

Spent -£61 today as I returned a load of stuff which was an impulse buy which I really don't want or need :)

So this week, was just lunch on Thur - £2.10 and parking at Ortho - £1.70 so £3.80 :j

Working this week, so £1 there and Thur, plus back to Ortho  (He's so useless sometimes) so I'll go with £7

  • Not a good week, spent a huge amount on food, mostly chocolate. It's a hormone thang.

    So I budgeted £20.94 and spent £23.09 :o

We have our last day of work on Wednesday before we're outsourced to Big Blue, so we're all off to the pub. I'm going to budget £30 for this week.
Good luck everyone, keep it low. :T

  • aaaargh! Just been out for lunch to celebrate 40th birthday of OH's brother. Unfortunately it was set menu - 3 courses for £12.50 - no reduction if you only had 2 (and I would have been quite happy with 1). Plus contribution to birthday present £15. Plus a round of drinks. We ended up spending nearly £50. So the £40 I earned last night has gone. How annoying!!
