What problems? It's overloaded with security software as it is

update malwarebytes and do a full scan, and do an avast boot time scan

run windows update, ie is out of date

Is it, sorry, DH took it to work a while ago and the guy there put stuff on it. I was worried as the credit card fraud came yesterday after I'd used it online and I hadn't used it in ages. They also had my dob and I'd used that at the same time. :(

I've done Malware scan, I'll do a boot scan next then. I had avoided IE updates as the last one I did seemed to mess up the laptop. I rarely use IE. Weirdly though today whilst in chrome the padlock came up red on a site I was on, when I changed to IE is was fine.

I restarted it and it's spent 20 mins in the welcome screen, still on it. It was doing that earlier.
