    Seller has been quick replying to any messages and has also contacted royal mail and my sorting office

    You get fobbed off on the phone its best to go down there and face the manager. Parcels arn't covered by the USO so they are not made priority.

    Thanks for all the advice. I'll see what happens tomorrow and open a case on Saturday if need to. I also contacted my sorting office today and they have no backlogs so don't know what's happened
