SMP, Tax, 2 Jobs & different return to work dates

Hi
I need some help if I may ask here incase anyone can help me - I'll try and explain the best I can.
I am a nanny - I have 2 jobs - Job 1 is 3 days a week (which I will return to taking my son with me at the end of February). - job 2 is 2 days a week where I can't take my son, am due to return at the end of Feb.
As I have 2 jobs I get 2 lots of SMP (strange but true) I worked out last night that I am lot better off having the full 33 weeks off my 2 day job (as I'll need to pay childcare for this job for my son) and returning to my 3day job as agreed!
My questions,
1. If I return to my 3 day job in Feb will I loose my my SMP for my 2 day job - I understand the concept of KIT days - though as I've been told that I can have different return to work days I'm not sure if I will loose my SMP from job 2 though I'm back at job 1.
2. While I'm on SMP what happens to my tax, is the £128.30pw the GROSS SMP per job, i.e. my employers take the tax from this amount?
Do I end up with the net amount after tax & NI has been deducted
3. If I don't return to my 2day job until August could my 3day job take my entire tax code for the interim months? (at the moment my tax code is split 60%:40% between my 3day:2day job)
I'm not trying to mess my employers about and I would give them plenty of notice with regards to my change in dates but my 2 day job I can't take my son back to and with paying for childcare its financially better for us (upto £120pm better off) for me to stay off work.
Where my 3day job I can take my baby with me too.
I hope that makes some sense.... (probably doesn't with baby brain)

How sad am I replying to my own message.
I spoke to ACAS - the jobs are classed seperately so I can return to one later than the other and I wont loose SMP because I've returned to one employer before the other.
SMP is taxed (so I guess I'd keep my tax code split as it is)0
