What's happened to my EGG card Cashback?

Barclaycard (FAQ's) say:
You can continue to earn cashback on your day-to-day spending as you do today. You'll get 1% on the purchases you make up to a maximum of £200 each year. Any existing cashback balance will be transferred to your new Barclaycard account and cashback will continue to be paid in March, as long as you've earned over £5. Terms and conditions apply.
However my £35 of EGG cashback has NOT appeared on my new Barclaycard statement... only the 1% from current month Barclaycard spend.
Is this only happening to me?:(

No, Gatser, happening to us all. I 'secure messaged' Barlcaycard and they wrote back saying the problem had been fixed, but it hasn't.
There is a big thread about the Egg/Barclaycard shambles.
I've been busy today, but will be chasing them again tomorrow.0 -
Has happened to me as well think I had around £33 Cashback. Good to see the transition was well managed :rotfl:. I have messaged them but think they have had loads of messages at the moment. Probably due to the massive c*ck up with the transfer of Egg accounts so still waiting for a reply.Iva started Dec 2018.0

My Cashback is wrong too.
I sent them a Secure Message about it, and today at 14:05 received a voicemail from them telling me I would receive a reply by e-mail "now" - which needless to say has not materialised some six hours later.
I'm going to give them a week or so then try again - they are probably snowed-under at the moment.0 -
Mine cashback seems to have fixed itself, depending on how you interpret the webpage.
Barclaycard list this month cashback and a total. However the total doesn't include this month cashback. On egg website the total always included the latest months cashback. So I'm not sure if its correct or has a shortfall by exactly the most recent months cashback.
Be interested to know if anyone has a total which seems to include this month's cashback.0 -
My 'cashback' is only for this month as others have mentioned. It is not difficult to access all of the previous statements and work out 1% of the total.

It's more difficult if Barclaycard haven't bothered to migrate the last years statements, like they have with me. My account shows November only, with a total for October but no transaction detail - that's it. I was told that they never said I would have access when the card changed and I should have saved previous statements from Egg. Only when I read out the assurances from their own literature promising that I would have access to previous statements did they back down and say they would send them to me in hard copy. They haven't arrived yet.
However, hallelujah, have logged on this morning and my anniversary statement is now reflecting cashback accrued before the switch. Still no previous statement info, still no response to my e-mail about the double-interest refund, but finally, something appears to have gone right on this account. Hurrah.0 -
My Cashback is still approx £5 short. Here's the e-mail reply I got from them:Dear [Fingerbobs],
Thank you for your email.
I would like to inform you that there was an issue identified where the customer online statements are showing the wrong cashback value however that issue has been resolved and customers will not lose any accrued cashback.
Also I would like to inform you that correct total will display on your next statement.0
