hi all , i have received a reply today from the above firm answering (or not in this case) comments i sent in a letter stating i would not be paying a penalty due to the fact that they cannot supply any evidence (photos or cctv) to back their claim I left a retail site in Bristol. They are requesting that i send in receipts of some kind to prove i was visiting the outlets on this particular site in question ( cribbs causeway) so they can review the case. Can anyone please confirm that it is up to them to supply the evidence i was not there.
it now sounds like according to them you can only visist a retail site to purchase items and not browse for them:rotfl:

Do not contact them again and do not even think about paying the money they are trying to exstort from you.0

You have already put your neck in the noose by contacting them at all, now if you play the game you will pull the rope yourself.
Advice is to IGNORE and IGNORE all silly letters and fake solicitors and debt collectors letters.
It is a scam based on impersonation of authority.

The template is on an article that's about 3 years old...
This forum is current to the nearest 5 minutes! Stay on the forum.
But you don't need to post updates about each letter as we already have them. Just click on 'Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking' in the blue chain>link above to view current threads on the board you are on. When you do as I suggest you will see a top thread with PPC letters, showing you what to expect and ignore (in pictures). And you will see a sticky thread called 'welcome, please read before posting' which has a must-see Watchdog youtube clip.
Plus you will see all the current threads from today and yesterday, we get 20 or 30 new queries here every day. Have a look and see how many times we tell peeps to ignore any fake PCN from any private company. You're not alone - but it sounds as if you're not scared by their fake PCN scam anyway!
Get familiar with the scam and get ready for a game of PPC snap with the debt collector letters!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
