I have an idea.
I will buy a house with a mortgage.
Then I will rent it out.
Renter pays my mortgage and maintenance costs.
After 25 years mortgage paid.
Now I sell property and cash in. Huzzah- sweets off a child.

And I was wondering if you had factored in the cost of repairs, voids, insurances, safety compliance (eg gas), non-payment, etc...Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.
