Anyway, you may need to add the account to your list. On the main account summary page there is an "Add or remove accounts" link under the account list.

Or else, it may not show up until a transaction has taken place. I seem to recall something similar when I opened the 10% Regular Saver with them a year ago.

It's not a standing order, it's an A&L 'direct transfer'.

Therefore it won't show in your standing order or payments pending list.

The first you'll see is when the payment is made on 1st Feb.
