Which is the best online grocery shop

I've used Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys over the past year and I've found Sainsburys the best by far. One hour timeslots, always seem to have virtually everything I want in stock and the friendliest most helpful delivery staff you could imagine
Thanks to everyone who posts comps, I love winning prizes big and small

Thanks to everyone who has replied, Tescos and sainsburys seem to be most popular. I think I will try both and see who I like. They sound pretty similar.
Great to get some answers on here from people in the know :-)0 -
Another vote for Sainsbury's here - reliable and friendly, and the site's easier and clearer to use than Ocado's or Tesco's (I've got three Tescos within ten mins of my house anyway). Also if they're late even by a couple of minutes they give you a £10 voucher. I used to get those all the time, but since moving I haven't had one... darn

why not try mysupermarket?
they compare prices from all the rest (they just added Waitrose) and you can shop there for the cheapest basket + get your preferred delivery slot.
BTW - a lot of retailers are offering free delivery as a Christmas promotion. mysupermarket shows even these offers.
great site!0 -
Each stores online dept will be different to another so its hard to say which 1 is best as you could get alot of people saying Tesco is the best so you try it and it turns out it wasnt all that good.0

I hate Asda with a passion, After the last shop i had with them where they cancelled my daughters birthday party shop that was due the day before as my card was declined ( the bank put a stop it it due to security alert) they never rang to tell me just cancelled it. I did not know there was a block till i went to pay my mortgage. Soon as i phoned the bank and had it lifted. They told me that they had declined Asda so i rang them straightaway as it was due within the hour and they told me they had already cancelled the whole order. Could not have the ordered delivered till the following day which was my daughters birthday party, So i told them to screw themselves and my best friend took me shopping that night to get a food shop, It was a hell of a rush but we done it, Was lucky that she came up the night before as she was staying with me. I was fuming especially as i had always used them before and was always the first choice over the others. Now i stick with Tesco or sainsburys. I do feel tesco can be more expensive than the others but as long as you find and take the offers and look out for their price drop cons on certain items then your fine, Also their clubcard exchange always comes out a winner in my eyes. I have just done a shop with sainsburys as had a 12 pound off a 60 pound shop voucher and have a booklet of them for the next 3 weeks. Only because i stuck with tesco for a while and they are trying to get my custom back. Tesco has a new customer code which i used today as i have moved address so used new e mail address aswell and took advantage of that. so spilt my shopping beween both tesco and sainsburys this week. Sainsburys like the others have said i find are a better all round experience but i find tesco clubcard much better than Necter.'There are far better things ahead Than any we leave behind '0

Watch ADSA as they don't show the discounts and multi-buys in real time. So the spend over £100 for free delivery can be under £100 once you have paid and then ASDA charge you the delivery fee after all.
Stick with Tescos.0
