Hi all
Is it just me or is it true that it is a lot colder today? I notice the weather has been colder recently but it's only today I realise it is 5 degrees at 12 noon!
I live in London (a flat) and the indoor temperature is currently 16.5 degrees and have all my windows opened (very small gap just to air the flat) . Last year I waited until Nov 28 before I switched on the radiators (thanks to the SHOCKING gas bill I got from Npower the year before but had to admit defeat after ongoing complaints from my partner).
No matter how ridiculous this may sound, I was hoping to beat last year's record but "feeling" the current temperature, I may have to switched them on shortly...

We've only used the heating a couple of times during the last week.
Its my birthday this week and over the last few years it has got to around this time before we've need them.
They're not on now and wont be until it goes dark and then will be off by 9 ish, and the Thermostat in the hall is set to 16 deg C so theyre not on too much anyway.0
