    Thanks OP - just looking at the link now. I found mindfullness/ meditation really helpfull during a recent time of very high stress. I'm hoping that continuing meditation of some form will keep the 'stress bunnies' at bay.

    According to my meditation tutor, no:)I used to do it all the time, but have improved recently.The doasone site is fab:)

    i tend to fall asleep when meditating if i need to ... i just go with the flow ...

    really enjoy meditating tbh :)

    i love doing self hypnosis as well mind u

    I've tried meditating for ages, but put me in a chair and close my eyes and well, let's just say insomnia has never been a problem for me:p, but i was really keen to try it after reading about the benefits. I came across this and erm, gave it a whirl, ahem

    It's a moving meditation and I find it really calming. Top tip - start slowly;)

    Thought it might help anyone else that falls off to sleep as well trying the more conventional method.
