Meditation Website

Can't think of a better place for it.

For those of us who are trying to learn how to meditate but need some assistance, I came across this site: http://doasone.com/default.aspx

Lots of different ways to meditate. The Color Breathing Room is particularly good I think and all the meditations can be personalised. You can select whether to receive instructions, music, colours, timing etc.

  • thank you scammo :)

I was just searching for a thread/ posts on meditation i will have a look at that site now!

In particular I want my son to try meditation. I've only been doing it a month or so and already see benefits and would love for him to use it as a de-stresser! Will go see if that site is any good for him

I can only do it if I'm sat bolt upright with music to focus on. Otherwise, I nod off too. :o

  • I listen to 'guided meditations' haven't fallen asleep during one yet and think mindfulness meditation is brilliant.
  • i've fallen asleep before, I have to sit up right now with feet on floor otherwise i'd never get to the end of one lol
