Credit Card Debt. Advice Needed Please

in Credit cards
I have several arrangements in place with various credit cards & one loan. These were sorted out myself directly with each company and up until now has not been a problem. They have all frozen the interest and I pay between £10 and £18 per month to each one, totalling just under £80.
However, I am self employed and have earned virtually nothing in the past month or so due to this being our usual quiet period & illness (nothing major, just the usual winter bugs ).
I am reluctant to rock the boat with these companies & I know they will not agree to me paying less after all this time of keeping up to date but I am really struggling to even pay this amount. Has anyone got any experience on having plans in place then not even being able to afford this ? I do get working tax credit & child tax credit as I have 2 kids and do not get any maintenance for them but not sure how to go with this, any advice would be appreciated.
