I got a very swift reply to my email, it reads;

Many thanks for your email. This order is showing up on our system. It is currently being packed in our warehouse as soon as this has been packed and scanned out it will then appear on your internet account, and you will also receive an email stating the order has left us.

So it's looking good.

I sent them a message via their liveperson even though they were offline lol and got this reply at 15:03 today:

Dear ***************
The order probably will not show on your online account until the order has been shipped, and we are currently waiting for them to come into stock, they are due into us tomorrow so will be shipped as soon as they come in.

Has anyone received their 50 pack yet? I think mine are on the way after today's email, but are they printable or are they shiny white? I'm having a debate in work as to what 'white-topped ' means. Might have to spend a bit on labels if they turn out to be glossier than a car bonnet! BTW anyone have a link for cheap DVD labels?!:j

These white-topped DVD-Rs are shiny white and non-printable so you will need labels or use a CD marker.
