Yeah, this is the same code quoted by SVP for these discs. Also, according to CDfreaks:
Made by CMC in Taiwan, with an MCC dye.
Personally, I find it all a bit confusing

What, and further add to my confusion ?:p
As far as I can see, when it comes to discs,Taiyo Yuden are the dogs danglies but a bit more expensive. Everything else, people have their own opinion as to what's good, bad, or indifferent (dependent upon hardware used, burn speeds, day of the week etc:rolleyes: ).
I think essentially the moral is that discs have a finite life and should not be relied upon as a sole source of archiving - always best to keep extra backups of important stuff on hard drive etc.

    From another thread:
there is a big difference between

i)real Taiyos (the best media you can buy, costing about £30 - £35 per 100)

ii)other brands with Taiyo dye (still very good if they are from a reputable maker / outlet)

iii)fake Taiyos (a complete waste of money)

Then get another saying spindles now in warehouse, but my home address has changed.
    :(

I was wondering where my discs had got to so I checked my emails from them to find they had done a similar thing to me.

My first email from them had the correct address but the subsequent 'out of stock', 'back in stock', 'items despatched' emails had a different address now. I guess it is of another of their customers (in Cannock).

I contacted them & they said "Sorry there was an error with the system" & they will resend.

Now when I log in to Choice & check my account my address is this other customers one.

If you are missing your order check your emails from them & if they changed your address go to their site & change it back or any further orders might go to the wrong address as well.
