Primus Billing Enquiry

Hiya,

I've been with Primus since April - signing up with them in April on what I believe was then £7.99 for line rental / £2.50 for caller display and on a 12 month contract.

However, the bills which I receive don't seem to be transparent to show this.

It's split between the following:

Call Charges
Charges, Credits and Adjustments
20% VAT

I understand the call charges - however, I can't get the charges, credits and adjustments or 20% VAT to add up to the line rental & caller display costs.

Is there something I'm missing?

What figures have you got on the bill and what should they all add up to?

Don't forget VAT is normally added after all the other calculations, so you normally have rental, calls, credits and anything else added up at non VAT rates, then 20% on top of that.
