Is Quark Express Multi languagel?

I got the Quark Express v 5 DVD off PC Pro Mag, and wondered if anyone knows if I upgrade to the v 7, is this a multi language program, or just english?

There's something called Quark Express Passport which is multilingual You can get it in v6 or v7. Check out the Quark store website0

There should be a "read me" file on the CD about it. When I bought the Computer Shopper one in December, the Quark T&C said that the promotion was only for the English version.
