My brother in law is a gardener with a strange Allium fetish, he swears by Broadleigh Gardens (just google it and download the catalogue). We ordered 100 Allium sphaerocephalum bulbs and got 105 delivered in superb condition. Put them in last month and they are coming through already (yes I have checked, this is normal)

J Parker dutch bulbs (based in UK) are good, cheap and reliable. The only problems have been the local post office that thinks first class means leave it for a week or two before jumping on the box...
