Restore My Samsung 580 laptop back to factory settings help

Hi all

I want to reboot my laptop back to its factory setting.
Can anyone tell me how to do it please?

Its judt started going slow the past few days, i click on msn messenger to open and it wont, or the norton icon and it wont open either, plus a few other things

so i just want ot wipe it clean and start again.

Have all my files and photos on external hard drive

    As far as i know samsung don't use a paretition on the hard drive, you will need the original disks it came with, well the windows disk will be the important one.
    Once restored go to windows update and get that all done - might take some time, also get antivirus
    go to www.filehippo.com for programs

    unplug all usb plugs
