I've contacted IPM concerning the dermalogica prize situation was given a ref no for the enquiry and theysaid they would look into it. Maybe you should do the same as the compers on here say they are very good at sorting these problems out ,so fingers crossed

I have received my prize today after having to notify ITV that I still hadnt received My Rimmel Goody bag.( I received telephone call of win in December) There were a handfull of items in a small padded envelope, the contents was very disappointing. I would be very interested to know what other winners have received

So I'm not the only one that never received a Dermalogica prize. I e-mailed them back my address the dayI found out I was a runner up. They never sent me a email back to say when delivery will be that some compers had received.

I have e-mailed them five times so far but no response.

At the end of the day a win is a win and for me they are far and few between even though I enjoy my hobby

I contacted ipm who are investigating but don't know if you would have to contact them yourself.
They probably aren't aware that there are more people who haven't got their prizes.:)
