Your win must have been a later week than mine as my delivery time had passed. I e-mailed [EMAIL="ihelp@itv.com"]ihelp@itv.com[/EMAIL] and got a reply from ITV Customer support who said they would look into it. I then got this reply today.

Thank you for contacting ITV regarding the Rimmel competition. Rimmel have claimed responsibility for sending out the hampers and are investigating why some winners have not received their hampers. In the mean time, we have passed on your details to them and they will re-send your prize to you with an apology.If you have not received your hamper within a week or you have further queries, please contact Katherine Kerrigan on [EMAIL="katherine_kerrigan@cotyinc.com"]katherine_kerrigan@cotyinc.com[/EMAIL]

I Just got the goody bag today and it had loads of extra stuff in by way of apol's.

I won too phone itv on monday as my date had also passed with noprize .They said they would look into it and call me back.....still waiting for the call. Think I'll e-mail rimmel instead.I akso won a runners up prize with dermalogica replied immediately and still haven't received prize,I have e-mailed them but they're not replying and that win was back in mid december.Oh well no prize from dermalogica,won't be entering anymore of their comp if they don't give you your prize or reply to your e-mails lol:) bit disappoint with both rimmel and dermalogica.
