The video has been aired on MSE before.
But I hadnt seen it so whats the problem.

Shocking driving from the Focus, but its just the type of driving I see every day (I drive about 35000 miles a year).

As has been said though Striders driving isnt great either

I don't have a clue who "strider" is but he's a pi** poor driver in all of his videos. Too close, absolutely no consideration for the speed and flow of traffic and he seems shocked when other drivers are upset (because he's not reading the road correctly - not a shock to anyone who CAN actually drive properly).

Some people are just accidents waiting to happen.

It has been done to death already and doesn't need another inquest.

So just because you have seen it that means it shouldnt be repeated so that others can see ther errors of striders and other drivers ways...does it?
  • Whilst I don't agree with Striders driving in general (as explained in the title) I was merely pointing out that the Focus driver was a tit.

I haven't actually seen that clip on here before - I've seen lots, if not all of Striders video's on PooTube. Even the one involving the cucumber...

There are more important issues out there than regurgitating an old Strider video from May 2011 that has been dissected, debated and done to death many times over already. But if you want to deflect people away from the purpose of this site to rake over old coals then you carry on.

  • I've never saw the point in getting too close to the car in front. When ever someone is up my back side I slow down to increase the gap in front of me.

Exactly, whilst something I try not to do (the video's give a false perspective because there are no internal reference points, just the end of my bonnet), under certain circumstance getting closer to the car in front can open up a nice overtaking gap. ;)

it says on youtube the video was posted in Oct nearly 5 months before you watched it and discussed it last time, any chance of next weeks lotto numbers.........

As for repetitive threads its bound to happen when hundreds of threads are being started daily, if you have already read it and commented and you no longer wish to comment on it again then don't that isn't that hard to do surely??
Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.
