Case Management terminology

Hi,

Thanks for all the advice so far. I'm filling out a case management agenda document in terms of my case - unfair dismissal as a result of incorrect employment status.

I'm not sure what the following mean but I'm supposed to answer where possible:-

Are there any other disclosure requirements? Is this where I ask them to release payroll info, training records etc.

Should there be admissions? Is this as obvious as it sounds?

K

Think you might have posted on the wrong board? You probably want employment & jobseeking?

Yes in both cases! If there are things that can be agreed "admissions" before the tribunal then it speeds up the process. Just be aware that admitting something is not the same thing as loosing. An employer might, for example, admit that someone had employee status, but still argue that a dismissal was fair in law.
