Use a no win no fee or a free injury laywer?
How do you think no win no fee lawyers earn their money? From employers' insurance policies. Without that they won't touch it with a bargepole.
Anyway if the company no longer exists, who are you going to sue?
Sorry but this sounds like a non-starter.0 -
I thought it was illegal for businesses not to have liability cover.
The company doesn't exist anymore but is there not some sort of punishment for the directors/owner?0 -

it doesnt seem fair that after going into liquadation and the goverment paying out the redundancy that they can then start up another business in another name. scammers thats what they are0

It is entirely possible for a company to have no insurance - simply don't pay the policy. It is unlawful, but the company has gone so there is no action that can be taken against it. The directors have no legal liability, as the legal entity is the company. It may be vaguely possible, if you could prove intent, to sue the directors individually for negligence, but the costs of doing so, and the difficulty of proving it, would be more than any award would be worth.0 -
the no win no fee solictor confirmed no insurance, surely there is something i can do, if not to get some compensation for myself but to get them done for having no insurance0

May I refer you to the post just before the one above; which details what you can do.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0
