Hi, I have my phone and broadband through Virgin - all is good, working ok etc.... the problem is, my phone bills are racing skywards as I'm using my home phone more now.
I see that virgin are offering an unlimited call package for £8 per month which is absolutely perfect for me.
Problem is though, I cant see if I have to be in a contract for another 12 months again - basically, i would like to keep my options open!
Is there a minimum contract applied for call packages or has anyone got a call package without having to agree to a minimum term???
thanks in advance

You will always be in contract, until you cancel. If you mean will the 12 mnths minimum term start, it might not (as it is a tariff, not a service). But get the confirmation first, and CHECK your Service Confirmation letter that will be sent, as ofen they forget and say the service has a 12 month minimum term.... they did this to me and I shouted long and hard until they reissued the letter with the correct terms.0
