Emirates Palace Help please?

Hi,
Does anyone know if the Emirates Palace still do tours of the hotel for non-guests?
Has anyone been on it......what do you see? Do you think it was worth it?
What times do they run and how much does it cost?
We are staying in Dubai does anyone know how much is a private transfer from Dubai to Emrates Palace? If we go to Abu Dhabi for the day we may like to stay the day and do a bit of sightseeing before returning to Dubai.
Any experiences or advice will be most apprecaited.
