Look Norman mate here is a bit of advice,Its not the car you drive nor is it the size of your gear-stick m8.All that matters is how much wonga you have in the bank because they run a mile if you are in debt...save and save and the Sheilas will coming flocking..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Has anyone questioned whether OP can actually afFORD to repay the loan even if it was approved?0
