I can only tell you what I'd do, and it might ruin them both altogether, so be warned!
I would soak them in hot water with a biological detergent and a 1/4 cup of bleach, make sure the bleach and detergent are dissolved well before adding the garments.
Leave to soak overnight and then wash as usual.0 -

bleach rots the fabric. Far better to buy a dye ,blue for example.and dye them that colour.0

Denture tablets? I've not used them for this, so I can't say for definite it would work, but I remember seeing them being used on How Clean Is Your House to restore manky net curtains to white, they dissolved them in water and left to soak, they came out gleaming.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Dr Beckhams colour run remover. It's £3 in Asda. I dyed all my whites pink cause i left a pink sock in the machine from the last wash. This stuff is brilliant. Just put it in your machine and wash as normal.0

why not dye them flesh colour? Collect used tea bags over a few days, put them in a large bowl, pour a kettle of boiled water over them. When the water turns dark tan, fish tea bags out and put bras in for 5min swim, take out, rinse in cool water.I do this with white bras that have gone grey-I prefer them flesh colour under white shirts etc. as you can't see bras underneath. You don't get tea stains under arms or staining on a hot day.Have done this for years.Hope this helpsWe are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.Oscar Wilde xxx:A0

I think I remember reading something once about 'optical brighteners' and that they are basically something that is added at the start of the manufacturing process to give the fabric that lovely bluey white effect. The trouble is the original man made fabric is a sort of muddy white/grey colour, so what happens is that the more you wash, the more of the optical brightener washes out, and in the end the fabric reverts back to the dirty greyish white colour it started out as.
I always thought it was something to do with colour runs until I read this and I felt better when I realised it might not be to do with me being careless.:hello:  please play nicely children !0 -
have heard that the whitener you use for net curtains is good for bras that have gone grey0
