Don't take this all on your own. Let the other flat owners know what is happening and you all need to stick together and keep firm.

As others have said, at the first sign of any threat (even if it just being aggressive) then please report this to the Police and Trading Standards.

Thank you, I suspect they will. I have kept the other flats informed though as the only owner/occupier I am somewhat in the firing line. The roofers were meant to call and email details yesterday but nothing so far. I have a second builder going up today to confirm what has or has not been done...What I can;t get my head around is that they have over 100 positive reviews on CheckATrade!

possibly they have positive reviews because their mates have given them or they were for very small jobs. like e-b4y some feedbacks are not as they seem.

Make sure you tell Trading Standards. Hopefully the will advise you and if the company is known to them they may well take action. Reporting it will help others from getting ripped off in future.
