Best way is to sell them to friends - though for that sort of sum you might need a lot of friends

Otherwise look at the buy back section in the travel money maximiser on this website*. For the best rates you are going to have to take them (or send them special delivery and insured) to London

in the past i have found that mark & spencers and cash converters did good rates
0r i waited untill i went back to ireland and changed them up in dublin as the exchange rate was far far better than in the uk
failing that a friend did tell me that i should go to a casino play a few games and change up then and you get a good rate ( but not sure how that works though)
