                    Hi,
I had some helpful comments from lots of you about trying to sell my little cottage!
After 6 weeks on the market at 219,995 we accepted an offer for 218k on Saturday! Yay! I was rather relieved that we didn't need to drop the asking price - we thought we'd hold out as we were still having about 3 people a week through the door!
Many thanks!

Congratulations! If I may ask, is it a cash buyer, FTB or a chain?0

Fantastic, you obviously had it on at a realistic price. Goes to show, the market is moving when expectations are kept reasonable.0

No chain - couple who have a flat in London but are letting it out and have a deposit and an AIP for our house. Trying to secure the house we want now! All fun!0

I'm sure some grumpy git will be along in a minute to explain that nothing's sold until contracts are exchanged.
 Oh, hang on......:o0
