I know this has been posted before, but cant find it anywhere.
If you can claim for ever letter sent, when do you do this. Do i include it in my second letter or just leave it till i take them to court.
cheers.

I don't understand. Are you proposing to charge the bank for every letter you send to them? How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

I don't know where you read this (I don't recall seeing it). It sounds like wishful thinking to me.
I would recommend not doing this. You signed a contract with the bank that agreed they could charge you if you went overdrawn. Your claim isn't disputing this charge, only the amount of the charge. If you charged them for letters, you have nothing to say they have agreed to pay you for these. You have no real basis for charging them and enforcing the charge. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
