Halifax C/Card Telephone Number

Does anyone know the telephone number for halifax? I had a number for them where the automated system gives you a credit card balance over the phone, but for the life of me can't find it any where.

I've been on the website, and the number I'm using gives you all the 'press 1 for...' options, only to end up ringing out!

If anyone knows the number I might be searching for, it would very much appreciated.

08457 28 38 48 is their creditcard number (though I'm guessing this is the one you've already tried).
Once it's answered by the machine, type *0 to skip all the menus and go straight through to a person.

also you could get it from the back of your credit card. call the overseas number. I do not have my card with them so will post that number here once i get home.

I've managed to have a credit card balance given to me over the phone from an automated system in the past. I don't suppose you've come across this before have you?
