Hi everyone, hoping someone here can help.
The dog jumped up yesterday at my desk and I think he button mashed the keyboard a bit... laptop is now acting a bit odd.
I used to use the up and own keys to scroll down a page, but now when I press down it goes to the very end of the page, I press to go back up and a cursor appears even though there's no where to type, and it scrolls up the page letter by letter if you get what I mean? Re-starting has made no difference.
Also the Home, Pg Up, Pg Dn and End keys aren't working.
Any ideas? Thank you.

What is the laptop model? Are they regular keys or scrabble tiles?
Are the keys visibly depressed?0 -
It's an Acer Aspire 5738Z, regular flat keys. None of them look depressed at all.£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

Does anyone have any ideas? The scroll bar on the mouse pad seems to be on its last legs as well now, so scrolling is a PITA.£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit
