BG online

Apologies if this has already been mentioned - but I see that it is now impossible to view bills online at the moment. Great if you've signed up for paperless billing! Obviously they've had so many complaints that they must actually be trying to do something about it now!!
I've had so much trouble for months and months trying to view my bills (and correct a BG error - I've paid my gas bills but BG think I haven't used any gas so I'm apparently £90 in credit - if only!) that I'm in the process of switching to Ebico.:j

BG's on line billing has been dire for a long while and there have been a number of threads about this.
The credit balance is always 'misleading' as it credits your DDs monthly but only debits your account for the gas/electricity used every quarter.
e.g. Say you pay £60 a month DD and start the quarter with, say, a debit balance of £30. After a month it will show a credit balance of £30, then £90, then £150 and then your bill for that quarter will be deducted from the credit balance.0 -
Their e-mail doesn't appear to be working either - leastways, no b*****'s answering mine !!!!!!0

As well as my credit balance being 'misleading' it's also wrong, as I pay quarterly on receipt of the bill (I know it's more expensive than DD but I can't bear the thought of monthly payments being inaccuarate). I do check the details carefully; that is if I can access them! I did receive a reply to an email once and I have submitted correct meter readings but they seem incapable of sending a bill (due several weeks ago) or correcting the error...
Oh well - not for much longer - hurry up with my switching Ebico!0
