I just logged onto the normal Tesco clubcard deals site then clicked 'spend vouchers' and clicked on 'see more rewards' near the bottom of the page. Then top of the list on left click on 'see all new rewards' and its on page 2. No delays on the site for me at all doing it that way HTH.

When I clicked on the link above, it told me my balance, but wouldnt let me go any further without logging in, and when I log in it just refreshes the log in page

Maybe try logging off the internet and start again. Keep trying I'm sure you'll get one.

thanks for this, I've just managed to get one for the kids dad. Half price Christmas presents for the ex is always a good thing lol
