i would def write to HO if you cant get them. I would expect them to give you a gift card for £12.50 to cover the difference if you show them you bought the £25 worth of itunes.

This is a lie, ring them back!! Same happened to me and they said unreserved in under an hour and they were so I have managed to order one!

I tried ordering them again however still wouldn't accept the voucher codes as still saying they had already been used. Just have to hope they repeat the offer soon.:(
