Thanks Kerry. I've realised with my decluttering is to do it like you, as and when it can be fitted in. That way there's no stress involved and every bit makes a difference. For a while :D
Have you looked on ebay for clothes Kerry? I bought some lovely Laura Ashley and Monsoon skirts last year for only a couple of pound each. In fab condition as well. If it's clothes I always read their feedback just so I know I'm not going to get a bundle of rags in the post and honestly I was over the moon with them. Might be worth a peep.
Good idea that you've got the two day contract as a back up.

Thanks dizzy lizzie. Never looked on ebay for clothes. Will look to see what is on offer.

Well done DL & SF on your healthy eating. I sort of (oops) stuck to mine lol
B- 2 slices wholemeal bread toasted with LF spread & small banana
L - salad, LF hummus & 2 slices WM bread (you can see I have a bread thing)?
EM - Mashed & Roast potatoes, asparagus & cabbage. Was strong and passed on the cream cakes but couldn't resist a little treat later with a cup of tea with 4 of those round stick biscuit things.

Not too bad really and will try to keep it up.

Confession time - just realised I forgot the glass (small:o) of white wine.:(

    Wine isn't always a bad thing ;)

I'm so tired today, I think it's going to be a long day... :wall: Had my cheerios with milk for breakfast, and have brought a healthy lunch with me, so I just need to stick to the plan and I'll be okay...!

Aiming for a NSD too, as don't need to buy anything today.

You all want my baker's macaroni....£1.30 full of carbs and fat :D

Nope seriously...I got salad leaves reduced last monday from Mr A (and it was quite early in the am) and like got some cous cous, cheese, reduced cherry toms and grated carrot (food processor) with a little fat free salad dressing and it was a seriously yum lunch. All your food groups and low fat...

If you want it under 100 cals just exclude the carbs and protein. Okay if you want to be loopy after a couple of days...Not if otherwise..

    Hope that helps

I love my bread as well. Especially a great big hunk of it dipped in basil olive oil.
As for wine I'm sure I read somewhere that if you drink it fast enough there's no calories...;)

    Up to now I've had
2 wholemeal muffins with salad and vegan cream cheese
    grapes and baked crisp
beans (low sugar/salt ones) on wholemeal toast
and straight after 2 crumpets with jam on!
Not enough protein or veg and far too much dough!
Feeling super tired today so will be off to bed early ish.

Sorry cant seem to keep up with my accounts so feel quite guilty about posting however I am managing the bills, and I am still in the black in the bank accounts with a massive saving since the beginning of the year, dispite all the financial hiccups from the varing incomes coming and going. And the demands from the family.
My son coming back home and not having any input to the house and home. Extra costs driving him about and food. Especially any snack food it doesnt last two minutes.
But I am pleased that I have nearly reached the savings total, with £1,500 in the bank now, and also another £200 in a different account now I think of it!. Oh thats better then I thought. Yipee.
The main bank account sits around £200-£300 most of the time, and the 2nd account is around the £200. So I can now pay a months bills if there was nothing coming in at all for a while. Maybe even more.
The credit card is used, but paid off fully by DD every month and I check my totals every day, to make sure that there is enough in the current account to cover it.
I am not cooking tonight, eating up the left overs. I was so ashamed of myself today. Been moping a bit about my relationship problems and we havent been eating well, hence masses of vegetables have rotted and ended up in the bin. Then also the leftovers that I would usually use the next day. Some had to also go in the bin. Its been a long time since I messed up like that.
    Idiot that I am.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

Mooloo, don't beat your self up, its a hiccup due to your body readjusting to what's happening in your head (and heart). You will soon be back into your ways before you know it. Super well done on your savings!

DL - I do love my bread and like you really enjoy the yumminess of crusty fresh baked (drool drool) with practically anything.

    Yesterdays meals

    B - 2 toasts with veggie spread & a banana
L - Wholemeal pasta (packet stuff I,m sorry to say not home made but quite nice)
EM - Salad, homemade oven chips (do they count as one of the 5 a day) and a fish cake. Apple & kiwi for pudding. Small glass of wine that made me drink it (hic) so not as good as it first might look.

Early night as had a very busy day and was dead beat so at least no attack of the munchies happened.:(:(

    :hello: morning everyone!

Just popping by to say hello, and that I hope everyone has a good day :) it's not going to be a NSD for me today as I'll need to get petrol on the way home.

    Have a good day!

Hi Thrifty. I don't think potatoes count as one of your 5 a day, but I may be wrong on that. Are you feeling more tired than usual. Loads of us at work feel like that, lethargic. We need some Sun! You're doing well with the healthy eating. Helps to stay on track I think when you're writing it down :)
    So far I've had
v cream cheese on wholemeal bread
    an apple
s & v chipsticks (no idea how they crept in) :D
I've got a chopped veggie pack of potatoes, carrots & swede in the microwave. I really fancy it mashed with loads of pepper and a bit of marg in! Not a healthy day food wise really. I need to get some protein in somewhere like a beanburger but I can't be bothered to make one at the mo.
Slowly hope you had a good day too :)

Worked on my Mollie Makes mouse last night and 3 attempts later it's little ear was still wonky. Arrrgggh it's driving me to distraction now but I'm determined to finish it. Going to unpick it all and redo the ear later.
I'll be nodding off soon as well I think. My beds calling to me already!
