Banana loaf looks delicious! I make apple n cinnamon loaf using same recipe as for banana, but substitute with 2 or 3 apples (I use as many as I can be bothered peeling that are not at their best) 1tsp cinnamon and 125fl oz milk. (Love cinnamon so generally more). Tastes amazing and everyone always asks me to make them some....
Walked 8 miles today, its very strange weather, looks freezing, but is a little hummid.
Walked abt 8 miles yesterday morning then went a long walk last night think its abt 2 or 3 miles.
Really feeling it today haha!

Lola congratulations on the sweet babes. Guess what, those two names are the exact ones that DD had chosen for her soon to be born little one!
Think they're from a series she watches. It will be Lucas for her as she's having a boy.
Love to see pics of the bouquets, they sound great
Slowly sorry you didn't get the job. Fingers crossed the next one will be the right one for you.

The twins are doing good, both are now feeding themselves , my cousin is not in hospital anymore, bit of a trek for them to get up everyday but hopefully they should b out in a couple of weeks.
The names came from One Tree Hill, I think lol
Made some cake and custard tonight, and son ate all the custard up! First time ever!!
Also made play dough today, lilac and green so we had a relaxing few hours playing, then I remembered its my friend birthday who stays in London somewhere, so wrote 'happy birthday Annabelle ' with the play dough and tagged her mum and dad on Facebook, was a fun way to spend the afternoon.
One of my friends in Saudi Arabia posted a link to a blog, http://shamozal.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/numb-with-grief.html?spref=fb.

Their was a fire in a shopping mall, in the shopping mall was a child care/nursery. 13 kids died of smoke inhalation. Such tragedy. I cried reading the two blogs.
Going to post some pics of recent things soon as son is in bed, this bright weather is messing with bed time.

Morning all, i've been very frugal lately
Bought clippers for our dogs, paid for themselves in one go and now the dogs are nice and cool.
Bought hair dressing scissors, and trimmed my fringe - also paid for themselves in one go
Done loads of washing and dried on the line.
Went to a fair with free tickets
Gave sil a free personalised card from MR'T for her birthday.
Did a meal plan using what was in until the 20th, got the last few bits to finish it off yesterday, parked in the free car park and walked to various shops only spent £9.01, once my freezers abit emptier i can plan til the end of the month. shuld only need milk, bread and fruit til then.
Bought ds3 some canvas shoes and shorts at £6 ok not frugal but cheap and sure they'll be ruined in a few months.
Took a broken braclet to cash for gold people and got £65!!! was expecting £20 at the most so i'm very happy.
counted up a big tub of chnage we found when moving house which had been forgotten about and found £26, i also paid the kids snack money for school from it so another £8
