dafont help please

I'm struggling to download a font from dafont.com.

I've saved the font to my desktop, and I'm trying to drag and drop it into my fonts folder. When I try to drop the entire zip file it tells me the file is damaged or invalid. When I opent the zip folder and try to drop in the individual TTF files nothing happens at all.
I'm using windows XP and internet explorer 7.

Any tips greatfully received.

Have you extracted the contents of the zip file into a new directory and then copied the fonts from there?
