Don't pay speeding ticket?
Had a quick look on Google, but its all parking tickets, or from Spain or something!
If you get pulled over by a copper, and get given a ticket for speeding (£60 fine and 3 points), but don't pay it within the allowed time, or send your driving licence off to get the points added, and you've not asked to go to court. What happens?
Would you get summoned to court?

Why not wander onto pepipoo.com and look at the speeding and criminal section.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Fair enough, a general forum (whilst well meaning) against a specialised forum. I know which I would choose.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Sorry, I forgot I was meant to know everything about everything. How silly of me!
By the way, its not 'Special officer', if you're going to try and offend me, at least get it right. Special Constable.
