Parking Charge Notice

Hi
I received a parking charge notice a few weeks ago, I did write back to them with receipts of my shopping asking them to consider this charge on this one occassion as I was a regular shopper there to support local businesses etc. Since then I have had a letter back saying they want more receipts to support my case, which obviously I dont have. Now looking on these websites I obviously shouldnt have contacted them. Can I now ignore their letters or cause I have written to them saying I was shopping there will I now have to pay it?
Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks

Is the PPC Parking Eye by any chance?
Anyways, All the PPCs are the same, the landowner has lost nothing apart from a repeat customer. Write a letter to all the stores you visited that day to say "due to "Name of PPC" harassing me for shopping in your store, I shall no longer be shopping there, instead at "name local rival" or on the Internet.0
