Selling to CEX and 5 working days

On the CEX website it says they honour prices for 5 working days and that they allow 5 working days to receive goods. I made a sell order on the 7th and I sent some games on the 9th which arrived today on the 14th. I'm within the 5 working days right?

Man I hate CEX.
Tried to sell my phone to them (iPhone 3GS 32GB for £172) sent and checked in a few days and they were going to return it as it had a cracked back. Needless to say I was miffed as it was perfect condition.
Go it back and it was perfect so either CEX have electronic microscope or they really regretted having the highest buying price for iphones.
Ended up selling on eBay for £210 so even excluding my postage costs to CEX £6 and ebays 10% (outrageous) and Paypals cut I still ended up (by a few quid).
Long story short, CEX = Useless.0 -

I had a brand new iPhone 3GS 18 months ago still in a sealed box, I took it in there and they said the would need to open it and "test it".
I said fine, went back an hour later and they said "it doesn't work mate, won't recognise any SIM we put in, i'd take it back to vodafone if I were you"
Basically - it was brand new and so needed to be activated through iTunes which they didn't do.
Ended up selling it on eBay for £420, over £100 more than they offered anyway.
Agreed - they are useless to sell to, but I do spend loads on DVDs in there!"We can all fly as high as the dreams we dare to live...........unless we are a chicken" ~ Anon.0
