Interest free credit protected by Section 75?

Evening all! We've been pursuing Floors2go's administrators, having not received almost £800 worth of product, and Barclays Finance for the last 3 months. We're getting nowhere.
We paid a £200 cash deposit but put the balance on an interest free credit agreement. When I cancelled the repayments Barclays said I would have to continue or damage my credit rating. They have been investigating but not resolved the issue and have now pointed me towards the Financial Ombudsman. The FO has advised me that they will need 4 months to investigate!
The administrators have failed to gain any response from the new owners so we are reluctant to move on in case there is hope and don't have the spare cash.
Can anyone advise me if Section 75 applies to credit agreements? Barclays originally stated that our agreement with the supplier has been breached, so should that give us hope?!
Anyone know of a solution?
