Goodness ... I started reading todays posts around 2pm and only just caught up (with alot of skimming!) Looks like I missed a few bargains, would have loved a £1.99 DS game for a stocking filler!!

Oh well. I'm ready to find a bargain. Not that there's anything there that I'm interested in, but if the price is right... :o

I've got the photo frame that's coming up at 5pm. My lovely friend got it for me a couple of years ago for Christmas & printed off a load of my favourite photos of my children (taken from my Facebook page) & filled it with them for me. :)

  • Grrr, just got caught with a knock at the door. Thought it might be a lovely parcel - nope - man from Sky! Wouldn't be so bad but house is in a state as due to move soon and am in a nightie, jumper, socks only! Had to welcome him in whilst trying not to bend over as no pants on!

Good job he didn't make me miss any bargains! :)

    Hi all,

Just got in from work, i've not ordered a thing all week and i've a tonne of things to buy. Nothings tempted me yet. Have i missed anything 'amazing' so far today?
Could some kind soul bring me up to speed.
    Thanks :)

the only bargains really were 2 DS games for £1.99 each. Even the chocolates from last year were a tenner!

when were there ds games for £1.99? Totally missed that one - which ones were they?
  • Guitar for me too, and I'm very very happy. It's a genuinely good price. I've been dithering all day. But DH is getting a posh camera for Christmas. It looks like, in exchange, I'm getting a massive pile of Amazon boxes. (So far, guitar kit, Wii Keyboard/Rock Band, Anglepoise type 75).

Now I just need a couple of thousand spare hours to learn to play it.
Make £2023 in 2023: (all decluttering), current total £2860 me, £330 for friends & family, £468 charity donations.

Not dressed as packing for move in between being on here, and no point wearing anything decent. It's a very stylish combo, I'll have you know! :rotfl:

I am rubbish with sales people and he is coming back at 7pm. How to say no? Being offered sky at £20 a month and installation for free. Not interested though as moving house and don't want the hassle.
