  • I've never needed a splash guard on it as you can start the mixing on a very low speed to start with...I usually add dry ingredients spoon by spoon as well so nothing flies back out

    I'm sure they do sell them but I've not looked, sorry.

    I sent an email to Customer Services - think i went through the help menu and email option, explained what the problem was and they emailed back to say they were sending a replacement and sent me a free returns label for the faulty ones.
