How did you find out about exchanging them? I can't seem to find that option.
I sent an email to Customer Services - think i went through the help menu and email option, explained what the problem was and they emailed back to say they were sending a replacement and sent me a free returns label for the faulty ones.0 -
I've decided not to waste the ds games on my two (who have more than enough!) gonna give them to my nieces as their birthdays are december and january
