I have asked for this on livechat and been told as its a Black Friday lightning sales product they can't offer a discount but i can return it

I haven't had my email yet confirming that I'm being refunded. Also, I took a screenshot of the chat but then OH copy and pasted something else before I could save it. So I think it's lost now

Hi, can you tell me if you can get a splash guard for this mixer, or if you really need one please? I've been looking at the artisan mixer but it's too much money, if this one is worth the money I may well go for it tomorrow.

I've never needed a splash guard on it as you can start the mixing on a very low speed to start with...I usually add dry ingredients spoon by spoon as well so nothing flies back out :)

I'm sure they do sell them but I've not looked, sorry.
  • I haven't bought anything today yet, this is all wrong! Come on Amazon, list some new things!

You're letting your OH get his hands on the computer??
  • Is Sony Vegas movie studio worth buying at 18£?
  • Damn, thought the Movie Studio's original price was £20 as the line that crosses the price through it hid the fact that it was and 8 and not a 0 (does that make sense?) So thought it would be about a tenner....

If you Google Kitchen Aid Splash Guard, quite a few sites come up. Looks like it's around £30.

Haha well we do have a pc and two laptops so it's ok, I can still Amazon and MSE from another puter :p

And as if by magic, I just received 3 emails from Amazon regarding the partial refund for Amazon. So if anyone is having trouble being offered it please PM me, I will happily supply you with a screenshot of the email so you can say "well why are some customers offered a refund and I'm not?" :)
