I'm currently on chat with Amazon -- the Avatar Steelbook arrived without its extras and some people in the Amazon thread managed to get gift certificates out of Amazon as well as return. I'm very grumpy about this one because I think there's been a bait and switch here. They seem to be resisting though; I was expecting them to offer me a gc quite quickly.

I really was hoping for Family Guy season 11 and Coldplay. There was some really cheap cd's last year (£1) and I can't remember seeing any at all so far.
